These terms apply to your use of lumaxspace.com, operated by a United States-based independent developer under the Lumax name. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms govern the website only. They do not replace the licence terms for Lumax Clip.
2. Lumax Clip licence
When Lumax Clip becomes available through the Mac App Store, the app will be licensed—not sold—under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms. The App Store listing and Apple’s terms govern downloading, licensing, transactions, and use of the app.

The website provides information about Lumax and its products. Lumax Clip is under development. Screenshots, previews, features, compatibility, availability, and release plans may change before or after launch.
Website content is informational and is not a guarantee that any feature or release date will be delivered.
4. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the Lumax name, branding, product marks, artwork, website design, text, and original media belong to Lumax or its licensors.
You may view and share links to the public website for personal and informational purposes. You may not copy, sell, impersonate, misrepresent, or commercially reuse Lumax branding or site content without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
